From scheme of work to lesson note to parent visibility — one approval trail, across Primary, Secondary and Tertiary institutions.
A Scheme of Work is the term-long topic outline for a subject and class — one row per week. A Lesson Note is the detailed teaching plan for one topic in that scheme: previous knowledge, objectives, step-by-step presentation, evaluation and assignment. This system manages both, end to end, through an HOD approval step before either becomes visible to students and parents.
A platform-wide library of generic scheme of work and lesson note content is available to any institution to import as a starting point — and to individuals whose school isn't yet on the platform, via free self-registration.
Create schemes of work and lesson notes, track topic progress as it's actually taught.
Set up departments, classes, subjects, users, and the current academic term.
View their class's approved schemes, progress status, and lesson notes.
See exactly what their linked child sees — real visibility, not a summary email.
